What the best ways to talk yourself out of a traffic ticket?

Best way: don't violate the law in the first place. Then you don't have to worry about it.

i read in a book one of the best ways is humor. The cop know you did it, you know you did it, so don't try argueing about that. Say somthing like "you're just pullingevery one over who's speeding" or something like that.

There is no best way to talk yourself out of a ticket. However, when you are pulled over, immediately turn your ignition off, turn-radio off, and immediately put your hand on the steering wheel and take your feet off the gas or break pedals and turn your bright lights OFF and keep your head foward or to the left until the officer approaches you. When the officer approaches you say, good evening/morning officer (then be quiet). The less you say, the more leanient. Do not move your hands off the steering wheel. Smile, and maybe make small conversation and be completely honest. Refer as "officer" or "deputy" to all questions. If it is a minor violation, you just may get off, just maybe...Unless you get pulled over by 'Hammer' then there is no getting out...

Honesty has worked for me. I've been pulled over only three times in the last 15 years, and each time when the officer asked if I knew why he/she stopped me, I said exactly what I had done wrong.
Avoided getting a ticket each time.

Just be cool. Saying this "Why did I get pulled over officer? I have a right to know !" will get your ticket written. Just speak the truth.

As a former Police Officer, I can honestly say, my mind is pretty much already made up when you get pulled over. There is no "best way" to get out of a ticket. Although I will say this, I was given a small pink bakery box full of dough nuts & crossants from a woman I pulled over one morning while on her way to work, for running a red light. needless to say, I gave her only a warning!
