I work in group homes - I transferred in November to another house. Yesterday she came there for a shift to make trouble for me. I have evidence to prove we were together a photo of us, I have files to send to police , seperate and different files to send to to my head office HR and managers. Is there anything else I can do.Will also go to police with files on death threats etc and she threatended to slander me witha abusing her kid - ( her kid kicked me in the nuts and fell down and cried ) I keeled over Please dont say talk to her / reason with her. In the past she pulled a knife on me - drove her CRV at me when I dumped her. I walked away from her so as to ' be a man ' RIGHT ? not whine about woman that is dangerous and not be a RAT on my coworker . Now she come to destroy me and my career for revenge of me dumping her. Dont say for money she has four jobs and makes over a thousand dollars a week. Please anyone experienced with this advise me. I have never done this before though I should have once before too - I will do it this time. These files of past events are still good - I walked away and tried to be peacefull but she wants to wipe me out with my career as she has done before to others. I seem little fanatical here but as you can see I am dealing with a pro scammer and need to cover all bases. Any other advice - how about going about it in which manner. I will be doing it all on tuesday when everything is open after the easter holidays. Please any advice - now I have to do it. I tried to walk away

Bro you have to call the cops this kid is going to start getting bigger and he will be getting a stronger leg. If she pulled a knife on you and tried to run you over. The best way to dealing with people like this would be to report it, keep documentation, phone calls, messages, letters and anything else that would indicate truth to your story. If you are working in the same place, I would suggest going to your HR department as soon as possible, you never know if she's going to do the same. If you come forward first, it will work in your favor. The police as well, file a report, get a restraining order..That way everything is on paper and if she does decide to pursue you and threaten you, she'll be held accountable, it doesn't have to be by you. It's probably better that it's not by you anyhow as that will probably just anger her more. |

A visit to a solicitor is the first step find out where you stand and get a restraining order put on her to keep away from you. If she works in the same office or company as you she could be in deep water if you complain about her under gross misconduct.
A solicitor will advice you best way to contact the police and how to put your problem to them. |

It looks like the best course of action is legal...a restraining order through the civil courts, if she breaches it it becomes a criminal matter and she would appear in Magistrates for a breach of non-molestation order.
You have to stick to your guns let your employers know your intentions and why you are taking such drastic action. |
