Also, I have no connection to any part involved or the person who posted this video. I just saw a comment on the video that the driver could have received a $500.00 ticket and wasnt sure if this was true or not.

Well, for starters speeding, reckless driving, agressive driving ( a crime now in many states) unsafe lane change, he didn't seem to signal, disorderly conduct, illegal horn sounding. He may have also been drunk.Among other things.
You can always find more once the car is stopped.
Yes, he could have gotten several summonses, at the least, probably adding up to at least 500 bucks.
In reality though, he probably wouldn't have gottten anything and wouldn't have done what he did if a cop was around. |

it would be a variety of charges: following too close, failure to signal, disorderly conduct (for the flip off and honking), and failure to signal again for their second lane change. depending on the speed, they might have been speeding, I'm not sure. but in my state the total fine with the 4 charges I would charge them with would be $416. |
