an illegal alien who married a citizen for citizenship,in spite of being married in his home country was caught by the immigration on charges of bigamy,illegal stay of 6 years,expired indian passport.etc..
he is in one of alabama jail,from one month.
his 2 bails got rejected..what could the final judgement?will he be liable for 3 bail...

He will be held for ICE and will be deported immediately upon his completion of his sentence for his crimes.
Additionally, he will be banned from returning to the United States and if he does, he'll get 25 years in federal prison. |
