Ok so i was going on my way to work today and i went to pass a tow truck and after i had finished passing i got pulled over....i received the following violations
36 over speed limit 86 in a 50
following too close
failure to signal continuously
aggressive driving
Please help me, is there anyway to not get as many points or have my license taken i really need to get to school and work. Also if you know how much a fine for this would be or what will happen in court i would appreciate it.

Well, you can petition the court to grant you a work license which allows you to drive to and from work ONLY, however, that is at the court's discretion. |

Yes, you're going to lose your license, that's a foregone conclusion. But like the first person said, you can get a provisional license that allows you to drive to work and/or school only. If you get caught driving another time, you will lose it for three years. You have to speak to the judge about this. |

wow dude !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as long as your liscence wasnt revoked then you are able to drive....but judging from the charges i would say that people arent safe with you behind the wheel....what the **** dude? children are riding in those cars out there....have some common sence and courtesy for the mom and her babies just trying to get to the grocery store without being killed by a driver like you.... |
