What will happen for my probation release?

My probation for a misdemeanor ends in 5 days and I have to meet with my probation officer in 2 days. What if my PO drug tests me and I fail? What will happen since I am supposed to be done within a few (3) days after?
What are the chances i will even get drug tested? I passed my first drug test which was by mouth swab and I have been paying all my fines on time as well.

This depends on what you were on probation for. sometimes the PO will not have you do a final drug test but they may and if you fail you could be brought back in front of the judge on the original charges against you would apply and the judge could sentence you to them.
You are not out of trouble just because the time expires you have been given strict rules too adhere to while on probation and if they are violated the judge will not normally be lenient with you. |

the first time i got of probation i wasn't even drug tested, the second time i was though, and by some Miracle i passed. unless you were in trouble for drug realated charges you probibly wont be tested |

I doubt if a drug test will be done in your last week of Probation. Hopefully your not doing Pot. That stays in your system for a long time. Since your almost off of PO, I doubt your PO will do that to you. Evidently your PO, has faith that your OK. I hope for your sake your PO will not ask that .
THEN-- What in the heck is wrong with you guys/girls that continually take advantage of the Law and you feel your above the Law? You continually play Russian Roulette, with what is expected of you and then when your again discovered for not following rules, you take a huge step backwards. What is it with you ? Are the drugs more important to you , then staying clean? Keep going the way you are and you will be placed in a confinement facility. Drugs are nasty. Don't ruin your brain, body and life effected by that ****. |
