this guy broke into my car and stole my new speakers and radio. i told the cops but they did nothing even though i had finger prints. i was mad so i broke into his cousins house and took some stuff to try to make it look like it was the other guy. but when the cops asked me some questions, i told them it was me and i gave everything back and told them i was sorry and everything.i went to court the next day and the Judge let me out on my moms supervision. and he gave me a nother court date in a different place. i went to court and they gave me a lawyer and they told me to come back. so i went back to court a month later and my lawyer told me they was trying to give me 3 years in prison!! i have only been in trouble for shoplifting a 10 dolor phone charger from walmart. this is MY FIRST AfENCE! i am 19 and i have a 9 month old baby boy and a girlfriend to take care of. and i am going to technical collage. i am really scared!

I'll say what I did the first time you asked this:
You poor thing. So you thought by breaking into the cousin's house would somehow offset what was done to you? If you were in trouble for shoplifting, then this charge of robbery and breaking & entering would be a second offense. You really should have thought about it before you decided to commit another crime, especially with a young gf and a baby at home. |

Maybe you should go to regular college. Your spelling is horrible. It's pretty bad when you misspell college! If you were in trouble for shoplifting from Walmart, this is your second offense! The first court you went to was the preliminary. The second one if for your arraignment and there will be a third for the actual trial. Two wrongs do not make a right. Hopefully you have learned that lesson. |
