if i'm the officer pulling you over , your getting fined , the car is getting towed , your going to the station , finger printed , booked , taken to the district magistrate , and probably spending the night in the local detention center , just to wise you up . then when you get home it's your parents turn to deal with you

jail or ticked or they could take your lic until u are 21 don't do it

sweetie_baby
You'll get in trouble, and they will call your parents. You'll probably be ticketed. Save yourself the trouble, dont drive till you legally can.

Driller Killer
Your guardian would be contacted and your vehicle will be impounded for lack of insurance. Failure to have a DL would land you jail, at least until your guardian picks you up from county lockup. The judge could then sentence you to more imprisonment and a hefty fine.

you will be screwed over then when you get your insurance it will be even higher than normal, just get your licens and insurance. if you get into a good size accident you will be even more screwed over. i had an accident when i was 16, thank god i had insurance, if i didnt, all the doctors and lawyers would still be bleeding me dry of my money.

You won't be driving home! ~

First you will get a ticket for no license and no insurance. When you go to court, the judge will suspend your ability to obtain a drivers license for up to a year. The next thing that will happen is that they will not allow you to drive home after you get the ticket. You'll have to lock the car and leave it there. The third thing that might happen is that you're car may be impounded.

In Ontario Canada you would get:

Drive no licence ticket- $325
Operate motor vehicle no insurance summons- $5000 mininum fine first offence
Tow bill for car $80-150 plus storage fees

You will have to go to court you will get fined, and you will most likely not get your license for months or even till you are 18. Whoever's car it was will be fined as well. You might be put on probabtion as well.

beez
You'll be fined big time.

You most likely will not be able to get a drivers license until your 21, depending on your states law. That's pretty stupid to do.

California Street Cop
I'd call your mom/dad and you'd get a fat ticket. If you were being a complete A-hole, you'd get your car towed too. CA, USA.

Citation for no license, no insurance, and you'll need bond money, and because of your age, your parents will have to come get you. There is also a chance the vehicle will be towed.

chuck_junior
In my state you would be cited, taken to the station to await your parents and whatever fate thay had in store for you and your vehicle WOULD be towed and impounded until such time as your parents paid the tow/impound fees.

In California, you will be cited for 12500(a) CVC; Unlicensed Driver, which is a misdemenor. Your vehicle will also most likely be impounded for 30-days, and your parents will be responsible for paying not only the release fees from the police department (usually $100-$500) but also 30 days worth of towing and storage fees by the tow company (usually around $1000.)

your just screwed

well i did the same thing but i was 18 no insurace no lisence and no license plate!! and the only reason i got stopped was because no license plate which is because no insurance, i just kinda talked my way out of it!! i dont suggest trying it though i am now 23 and a lil smarter. It just all depends on who stops you!!

WHY DO YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR RECORD FOR ONE JOYRIDE, YOU ONLY HAVE TO BE 15 AND 6MONTHS TO GET A PERMIT AND THATS IT! AND THEN 16 GET YOUR LICENSE. YOU WILL GET 1 POINT ON YOUR RECORD. COUPLE OF HUNDERED DOLLAR FINES WICH WILL TURN INTO COUPLE OF THOUSAND DOLLAR FINES IN COURT. GET YOUR LICENSE SUSPENDED UNTIL AGE 21. THINK TWICE!
