now im in the middle of my assault case being investigated but the guy that assualted me they cant find him or anything on him. so i was just wondering what will happen cause right now its just what i have said has happened. my friend got tired of hearing about this guy and made me go to the cops and tell them what happened. i really didnt want to go there and tell them, i dont want to press charges against him. but since they cant find him whats going to happen? do they just need to hear from him what happened and then they will drop it since i dont want to press charges
and i know i know i should im dumb for not iv heard it so dont say it

You made your choice you don't file charges it goes away and he is free to assault others if he so chooses. .
