what happens if a white guy calls a black man a ni99er, and the black man attacks the white guy and the white guy defends himself and hurts the black guy, and leaves the black guy sin some bad conditions, (being also that the white guy is a black belt in tae kwon do)

the white guy dint attack first,

what would the law do in this case?

Both of you probably would be arrested but if you were charged with anything I think you could might be able to win the case depending on how racist the jury is.

Depends on the state but generally, they would have to press charges against one another. Unless one guy is really severely beaten and the other isn't at all, generally nothing will come of it.
