I was expelled from my local highschool for selling a prescription drug, but was not charged. I went to alternative school and was expelled from there for posession of a prescription drug without a prescription and was charged. I have been on unsupervised probation before for 12 months while in 8th grade for truancy. I am seeing the same judge that put me on probation in 8th grade. I am now 16 and enrolled in home schooling and have been drug free for 25 days and can pass my drug test at court. This will be my first offense. My court date is in 16 days. What will I recieve as my punishment?

by the way, im not asking to be judged and if you didnt read the last part, i have been drug free for 25 days now and dont do that anymore.

Judges have long memories when it comes to repeat offenders. Your behavior is telling a judge that you haven't learned your lesson with the "lesser" punishment. Being expelled from school, and unsupervised probation didn't work and you were given a break and not charged the first time.
I believe that you can safely assume you will get juve jail. Look at it from the judges point of view; nothing else has worked, juve jail is a last resort to get your attention. |

You sound like a real winner. You're not even 18 and you've decided the path your whole life will go. Hopefully theyll lock you up for a while, I say jail is a pretty good bet, for how long i sanyone's guess, but you've had freedom and probation you couldn't live up to those simple terms, so enjoy jail. |
