At least a felony assault in most states. I will tell you that most of us that carry spray have been spray, not only in training but in arrest scenarios and although it may not be a welcome challenge - it is one we train for. Please do not make such a foolish mistake! |

don't worry about charges. most officers that carry pepper spray are first trained to carry. this means they get sprayed. i know that if i get sprayed, it will incapacitate me. that means some one could take my side arm and use it on me. this puts me in fear for my live. this gives me justification to use deadly force |
