A. I think you should call the police, make sure you write the license plate number down and car/driver description. The person my not be drunk, maybe sick or having car trouble.

I would call the police and safely follow them, updating the dispatcher of the our locations. Or, if I'm work, I'll flip on the blue lights, conduct field sobriety, and go from there!

Call the police and stay the heck out of his/her way. If the police asked (and they rarely do) I would follow only to report their current location untill an officer shows up.

If I believe someone to be driving in a manner that would put someone in danger, then I will report it. Safety first.

call the dwi hotline and get their *** off the road. drinking and driving is one of the stupidest things someone can do. make sure you have a damn ride home if you intend to get sh*t faced

Eh . . . If it looked like they were really a danger to themselves or others (weaving all over the road, missing stop lights, ect), I'd have to call the police. All I'd do is tell them I'd seen someone who might get into an accident and appeared to be driving drunk, and I was worried someone might get hurt. I can't speak for anyone else, but I'd feel terrible if I opened the paper or turned on the television the next day and saw a report about an accident involving the vehicle I saw. Even if you call and it turns out to be nothing, you're not doing anything wrong.

Without a doubt call the police. I would not want it on my conscience that I did nothing in the event they were in an accident. I feel it would be the best thing to do in order to save the lives of other innocent unsuspecting drivers.

Expand the distance between his car and mine! To appear drunk, may not be the case. The person could be in trouble with a medical problem such as a heart attack. Be aware of the other vehicles around me, in case I have to stop suddenly.

Well lets think of this logically. Now if you choose A the police will most likely pull the person over and arrest them possibly saving someones life making you a hero of sorts. If you choose B well you hoping them to be safe isn't going to do jack to help them or anyone else. If you choose C its just being plain selfish and thoughtless to everyone else. If you choose D and follow them to their house it is possible you may end up getting in a car accident with them and that wouldn't solve anything. The last answer will just piss the person off and they most likely drive you off the road.

a. why is because the person might be having an epileptic seizure or a heart attack. but if they are drunk, they might take anger out if you get involved. the police have the expertise and it is their job to keep us safe .

Um, I'd like to call the po-pos but it would probably take too long to take it all down and chances are by the time we finished talking, I'd have already made my right turn away from that crazy person.

So, I'd hope they make it home safe. I was driving with my friends' mom and that happened actually...

hope they make it home safe, as long as it was on the way I would follow them home and if they get off the road I would make sure they are ok and call the police for help.

f) don't worry about it and if they get pulled over/do something wrong, its their own problem for driving while under the influence.
