GOD #1 PRIORITY PROUD CHRISTIAN

No I do not think it has but the only logical reason would be to let the guilty one of with a warning because it is illegal to accuse an innocent person for a crime that they did not commit |

The other would be charged with being an accessory. |

in some of those 3rd world countries
they hack off the evil twin and leave it to die |

I don't know if it's ever happened before. I'm pretty sure that the innocent twin would have to suffer the consequences of the crime the other twin committed. |

accessory to the crime. I suppose that is what they would claim the innocent twin was. |

most are too physically disabled to carry on such independent acts, at least to a degree that would warrant a criminal proceeding |

Well, I would imagine that if its bad enough, yes the person would serve jail time. But I want to say this has never arisen in history. And i want to say it's rare that one person just has a "head" and no control over either arms or legs. |

I don't know. But I know that I'd be pushing for a seperation surgery if I were the innocent twin! |

Really I am not sure. I am not a cop but well it's not like the other one was sleeping when he commited the crime. So, I guess they would just stick one through the bars?! LOL! Truthfully, usually cut conjoined twins apart but I am not sure. |

Ever heard the Guility by Association, that is what would happen. When you are with someone and they commit a crime they can charge you with the crime also, because you had the power to stop the people that were commiting the crime or you had the power to get yourself out of that situation. |
