You'd get fired, just for starters. If the boss didn't fire you, then if you ever punched anyone else -he- could get sued because he knew your 'violent' tendencies, so -he- becomes responsible.
Whether or not you got arrested and prosecuted for assault and battery is a different question. If the guy hit you back, probably not. |

Well I'd be sure I had my resume updated before I tried to find out. You'll probably be looking for another job after they fire you, and depending on the temper of the receiver of the lick, you might be looking for an attorney when they sue you, or a doctor when they beat the hell-o out of you. |
