What would the police do if....?

If someone walked up to the police station and told them they were sixteen and they have no ID, no soc. sec., no identification at all, what would they do? would they do nothing or treat you as an illegal alien?
Just curious.

So the person just walks into the station for no reason. The police have no reason to be looking for him? He's just an innocent person with no identification? They'd probably take him to a hospital, because that is not a normal thing to do, so they'd think that he was crazy or on drugs.

they will detain you until they identify you.

they have a first and last name, right? if not they are detained and eventually sent to a hospital for observation

Nothing you are not required to have any of that information on your person as long as your walking. But why would you want to do that?
