i just got caught for stealing like $30 dollars of stuff at target...my friend is going to jail for a day cause shes 16...and they talked to me they asked me for my weight height age birthday school etc... and they let me go cause im a minor and they told my dad to pick me up i got hit with a belt and then talked to for a long time by my parents and i wanna know whats gonna happen to me why did the police ask my all those questions about me im i gonna have a police report now? is it gonna be in my record forever? and they say i have to go to some youth thingie they didnt explain it to me that right they they talked to my dad bout it soo yea and will they show me and my parents the video of me stealing the items when i go to the youth center thingie? and what are they gonna do to me there

If you were going to have to do any "thingie" then they would have told /given written notification your father at the time of his picking you up.

Your information is on a report of the incident, a police report, if police took the information. This is not a permanent record like an arrest report would be.
If store security only took your information it is only on their internal report.

There is a small possibility that Target will threaten to civilly sue your parents for the cost of security catching you.
If that is going to happen you parents will receive a letter from Target in a few weeks.
That is up to the company you stole from and not the police.

School? no. They would be liable if they did unless you were first convicted in court.
