I would prescribe the following:
Give the serial Killer one piece of lead (about 125grain) at about 1300 feet per second right above the eye or center of the chest.
Repeat the treatment until the serial killer has relaxed to the point of no longer moving.
After movement has stopped, DO NOT GO NEAR THE BODY! After death they have a built-in reflex which allows them to grab someone who is near and used whatever instrument is near and finish off the victim.
Do not try to talk or reason with them. While they may appear to listen, they are actually waiting for the prime moment to strike at you when your defenses are down. The logic here is that if they understood reasoning, they wouldn't be serial killers. |
