thats dumb, tinted windows you need i believe 5% visability thought you might wanted to get that checked, also the only way you can prove the merging part is if someone else was there that saw the same thing.
Good luck |

good luck! i once got a ticket for disregarding a stop sign. in court much to the surprise of everyone i asked the judge if i could use the chalkboard i drew out the corner including the tree line street showing that the cop had to have x-ray vision to see if i stopped or not. the judge thanked me for my input and said in these cases they go with the officer and charged me 25 bucks.i did make a lot of friends in the courtroom but i'd rather have my money back. |

Appeal the ticket to your local court. Any ticket can be fought. I once helped my mother win a trial because she got a speeding ticket in a 55 zone and she was going 57. Make sure you have enough evidence. EVIDENCE IS EVERYTHING!!!!!!
Good luck. |

You pay an attorney a payment from about $60-$100 and they make it all disappear from your record. They go to court and represent you , they fight it and %99 of the time they win. I did this when I got the exact same ticket as you for unsafe lane change. It also gets rid of the points on your license for that ticket. |

Go hire one of those people that specialize in fighting tickets. Theyre good because you only have to pay them if you win |

Take it from me, a guy who was given parking tickets at a time when I didn't even own a car. There is no way to fight it. You can take it to court, but the judge won't even listen to you and you'll end up with an even larger ticket in the mail. |

Photograph's;Eyewitnesses and Video tape from patrol car or state DOT camera's on interstate.A good lawyer can reduce the fine, but he'll cost 10 times as much as the fine. One wanted a $3000 dollar retainer,in advance, for researching a case in civil court.Trafffic court is usually a few hundred dollars in fines and points on your license. They are removed after seven years.Start researching similar cases at the local library, and inquire at the courthouse on how much the fine will be.You will be expected to pay it before leaving the courthouse. You will have to prove that the cop was being petty, and he is expected to write tickets while on duty as a sworn peace officer with state certification.Your evidence must be overwhelmingly in your favor to convince a judge. |
