I know where he is at. I need him to pay his child support and get his DNA test. Our baby is 2 and his father is a deadbeat. Failed to appear in court twice we are bearly getting by and I refuse to get public assistance so I will take every other route. Please help...his father is self employeed

He has never seen his child. Has a court order to pay child support. I took him to court for not paying child support which he failed to appear. I know where he is at... What will happen if he ever gets arrested?

Does he see his kid? You could ambush him by having the police there when he picks your child up. Or, when you know he is home, you can send the police there. |

If you know where he is right at this moment, you can call the local police station and advise them (you must be prepared to give them all his indentifying info so they can verify it). Depending on what the warrant is for, they may go right now, it may be when there are cars available. Just FYI, just because he gets arrested doesn't force him to get the DNA test and pay support, unless the warrant is for not paying (which it shouldn't be if he hasn't even been declared the father). It doesn't make him appear in a civil court hearing unless the judge has ordered him to be taken into custody until he appears for the civil court trial. |
