yep. Believe it or not. Pre-teen girls can be just as much a threat as an adult. Especially if it's a felony bust setting. Wanna hear something else? A (Ten) year old can be cuffed as well depending on the enviroment. Crazy, huh? |

I work for a law enforcement agency in louisiana. The answer to the question is yes. They handcuff everybody until the police are able to figure out who the guilty parties are if you raid a known drug house they dont know who the bad guys you handcuff everybody because a preteen girl can pull the trigger on a gun just a easy as a adult male. |

ofcoarse they would be handcuffed then taken to a juvenille and family jail... the girls will probably be charged with as a juvenille unless they are 17 the reason i know is i am in civics and we just got done with that... they would probably have a fine or they would be doing some cleaning around the streets lol... |

don't really have an answer about the preteen girls...but back in the day I was arrested for unlawful poss of a firearm, and poss of a firearm while intoxicated. They called for another car, took me to jail, but NEVER once put me in cuffs or patted me down....small town though |
