i dont have any charges, never been in a fight (well maybe in highscool, but none that have been reported or even more then pulling hair) but he kept asking me why i come back like i was trying to just play nice and innocent or something, and honestly i had no idea what he is talking about. so how does my name get put on the list of violent people or whatever? can i get that taken off or find out exactly who put it on me and why?

Could most easily happen if you have a fairly common name. Ask all the people who ended up on the "do not fly" list after 9/11. They just removed 33,000 who got on there erroneously because they shared the same name with someone who DID belong on the list. If the officer simply ran your name with no other identifying info, that is probably the issue. |
