My ex-boyfriend has been stalking me electronically for over 10 years now. At least once a year, he tracks down my email address or website and tries to contact me. Now he is harassing me on facebook as well. I thought ignoring him and changing addresses would make him stop, but I'm married and considering a family now, and I don't know how to make him go away. Can I report him to police?

You can get a restraining order that will prevent him from contacting you in any way.

get proof of his harassment put it onto a cd or a disc and take it to your local authorities. plain and simple
