But with todayÂ´s technology such as DNA that's also why the real-life "perfect" murder is likely to fail. It relies too heavily on chance. Every single element must come together perfectly.
The forensic scientists need just one mistake and the criminal could be caught.

Self defense. If you can prove you were afraid for your life and have caught someone in the act. Such as someone trying to break into your home. In Toledo two people were shot and killed trying to break into a person`s car. There were never any charges filed in that case. most murders don't get solved you know ;) but they only show the solved ones on discovery for example, to make you afraid of the "oh so clever" government. if you've got the tiniest bit of brains, and don't go murder more than one person, you'll never get cought
