Did he belong behind bars in the first place .Probably not but even so a month is more then enough time if someone is going to learn anything from being in jail . More then that is just keeping people out of society .
This may explain the low un-employment figures .
People in poverty seem to commit crimes and if offered the 20,000 dollars it costs to keep someone behind bars was given to them maybe we would have less crime . |
