When is your record cleared?

I'm a 16 almost 17yr old guy in NH, i'm being charged with reckless driving... when will it be cleared off my record?

Driving is a privilege if you have a drivers license you are required to abide by the rules of the road.

Traffic laws have nothing to do with the laws that you are making reference to.

If you have a traffic citation for reckless driving you will go to court and be required to pay what ever fine or punishment that you are given by the judge hearing your case.
