Get rid of the stun gun and use mace. You have to be too close to use the stun gun and they could take it away from you and kill you. Mace gives you time to flee and that's what you want to do when there is someone crazy coming at you. |

iss-man is incorrect, you can increase the voltage on a stun weapon without killing someone, so long as the current is decreased proportionally. Current and Voltage both come into play when determining the lethality of a power source. As for where to hit them, stay away from major clusters of important nerves, i.e. the head, center mass, etc. Nerves are very susceptible to electrical energy. However, there's not much you can do about that, because the majority of the electrical transmission throughout the body will occur in the water that's in the various tissues, which you can't control. My advice would be to aim for an extremity. |
