Yes! Cops do drive by of areas.. to ensure the safety of the area.. not just because something has happened in it.. and besides that.. even if something has happened.. the cops are there because they know about it.. so that should also make you feel safe.. if there are no cops in the area.. that could only mean stuff is happening and nobody knows! |

It kind of does because there are a lot of morons in my neighborhood that don't like to acknowledge the existence of others. It's crazy. Clearly my neighbors hate other people and refuse to acknowledge their existence. It is the most unfriendly place I have lived. Bizarre. |
