You can get hand-held spotlights at Target/Wal-mart/etc in the camping section. They're EXTREMELY bright.
Anything resembling police issue or designed to be attached to a vehicle is generally illegal. |

In some states they are illegal. Same way as cherry lights. Restrictions as to who can have them and are not for sale for ordinary vehicles. Only State Police, Patrol , Sheriff's , City Police are allowed to have vehicles equipped with this stuff. You will not be able to purchase them. |
