Where can I get an unarmed Security Guard job in NY for at least $9.00/hr?

I have my Security guard unarmed License and my fire guard certificate, my Ged and I'm looking for a job within the 5 boroughs. I would like to find companies that are hiring for corporate security (like hospitals, schools,the library,stores or anything except clubs).
The main issue is that I went through the training but have never worked this before, so I have no experience. The school said they were going to provide job placement but as usual they never did. Please help.
