Where will my boyfriend go after his juvie detention center?

My boyfriend was put into a Juvenile Detention Center about 1 week ago. He is a minor, and he was charged with a probation violation, because he failed a urine test 3 times. This is only his first offense. They said they will give him until the 20th, but he could get placed somewhere afterwards. He does have a lawyer, and I know he has been doing well at the center. Does anyone know how likely it is that he'll get out on the 20th? I'm a nervous wreck :(

if he has a lawyer the lawyer should be able to get his probation reinstated. He might even get house arrest. Be prepared, after juvie if they do not want to release you, they can either keep you there or send you off to "boyschool" They have boyschool n girl school in Indiana not sure what they have there, bnut its a maximum facility and you have to complete a program before you can leave. Programs are usualy 4months to 6 months. I went to girlsschool after juvie when i was younge and stupid, spent a year there.. cuz i was also hard headed. I wouldnt get mixed up with that kid if he goes back hun.. cuz he probly wont change. best of wishes. |

Depends on the probation officer but since he has failed three tests he could end up in a halfway house or something like that. It also depends on what he tested dirty for. If it was pot he wont be in a ton of trouble. I also have been on probation and its hell, I wish both of yoiu luck |
