Most pedophiles are repeat offenders. They don't usually molest just 1 child. There needs to be some sort of effective system that lets parents know their child could be in danger. |

people who are not violent should not be tagged.. and victimless crimes should not be crimes at all

tagged is a waste of time, even if it was some sort of GPS tag. there really isnt enough police to keep tabs on them all. and they would know were they are, but not who there with or what they are doing.
I think that prisons should be built for these kinds of people were they stay, and arnt let out, that would be a much better solution to the problem. |
