I'm writing a proposal for research on highway accidents and need to know if I were to make a new Police Accident Report, who would I submit them to for trial? All three or do the State Police collect them and distribute them?

They each archive accidents handled by their units, however, some states have a law that requires the drivers in an accident with a certain amount of damages to file a separate report with the state police within a certain time period. I know this applies to TX and AR. |
