Felony murder: Quit leaving them off on technicalities and have them serve their full term and shorten the appeals process.

Torture always deserves the death penalty.

Child Molestation: Severe prison terms, heavy fines, pay for child's psychological treatment and after prison term is served be abandoned to some island with other like persons.

The problem with this crime is that he/she lost their innocence and childhood and is affected for the rest of their lives; long after the perpetuator has served his sentence. Further, this sets this child up to be a future molestor.

I would say child molestors but I like to think that some people are sick because of whats happened to them.The scariest are psychpaths.They have no sense of reality, no remorse and no feelings at all.They are also child molestors, rapist and murderers BUT they have no ability to conceive right from wrong, no boundaries.They absolutely cannot be reformed.They should be killed,disected and studied, call it a donation to science.
