Who is angry about this murder of 3 policemen?

Do you see what happens to what could have been very good cops, with probably wives and children? Do you see why so many cops are so afraid and trigger happy? This will be no excuse to be abusive, but it will take its toll on officers that cared for these people. This guy is just has to be insane?!. Just because Obama may THINK to take guns, does not mean he will. He cannot take them anyway, stop acting like bad cops do.
It is NO excuse to start killing cops peoples. The only reason for the 2nd amendment is for self protection, country protection. It is NOT so you can break the law and then attempt to kill those that come after you for breaking the law. If you break the law, accept the consequences.
To bad people in prisons did not beat the h*ll out of cop killers like they do child molesters. This guy will more than likely be respected for an unspeakable offense in prison. I would like to get my hands on him. This guy got three of them. Bet at least one of them if not all three were respectable cops. You see he still ended up not dead himself. Now, let us weigh this out. The other cops could have easily killed him right? They didn't so...are there more good cops than bad ones?

Its such crap that he gets to live while those fine officers died. I agree with texas. Hang them from the tallest tree. One trial, one appel, then recive a tall tree and a short rope. And another problem is gangs and drug dealers. People should band together and remove the scum from earth. Same for child molesters. We live in a world where those who do harm are rewarded and those who protect others are spit on. I say no more! We must take back our country from the cop killing, child molesting, drug dealing vermin.

I too am outraged at this killer "lying in wait" for the responding police officers. I also wager that none of the cop haters or cry babies on YA will even understand the outrage.

I am outraged and saddened by this latest senseless slaying of our law enforcement personnel. Although I myself am not a police officer, as a firefighter and emergency medical technician, I consider them my brothers and sisters in blue and no less my family than my fellow firefighters and EMTs. I am angry. I am furious, actually.

These three men left for work this morning and will never again walk through the doors to greet their families. Two more officers have been injured. Five of our finest are not on the job tonight, because of this one man. I wish Officers McManaway and Jones each a speedy recovery. And my deepest condolences go out to the families - both personal and professional families - of Officers Sciullo, Mayhle, and Kelly. They will not be forgotten and are already missed. May they rest in peace.

And may Poplawski rot in hell where he belongs.

Anger yes. I also got that sick to the stomach feeling I felt on 9/11.It was so senseless.The coward didn't even let them defend themselves.
The Pittsburgh Police force showed great restraint in arresting him.Your also right about being a poster boy for cop killers.He should be put in solitary confinement for the rest of his life with no human contact whatsoever.I live in Pittsburgh and the whole city is in a state of shock.I pray to God that some scumbag, bottom feeding,ambulance chasing attorney doesn't get him off on a technicallity.My thoughts and prayers go out to the 3 families that lost sons and for the 5 childeren that lost their fathers.

Interesting. I didn't know the reason behind that shooting. Almost always, the people who kill police are ordinary criminal scumbags. I hope Obama received the message and realizes if he wants to do some BS, people aren't going to stand for it.

With times like these, I sure do wish we had Wyatt Earp around to mop things up. Ain't nothing like Justice on the short end of a rope. If they got three cops, chances are they will have life without parole. What these boys need is a hemp tie. Hunger for freedom

The police officers were only there to do their jobs. There was nothing to warrant this kind of action towards them. Too bad the culprit committed suicide and evaded (earthly) justice. Talking about prison, the sad fact there is that "cop-killers" are treated as heros by the fellow inmates, which is quite the opposite of what pedophiles will get.
