okay, so i hacked this kids account on xbox just to see if would work. It did. then he starts threatning to knock on my doors and beat the living **** out of me until im hospitalized. who would get in trouble for this legally??? and no i didnt do any damage to his account. and he changed his password right after he found out and still is threatning me.

I never took his account i just logged into it and messages sum of my friends. THATS IT. and he changed his password so..

im not feeling scared or anything i just want to know

You can BOTH get in trouble. But he will be in more trouble for making threats. You probably broke the xbox user agreement, not the law.....so long as you did not commit any ciber crimes.

Dude do not freak out the right thing to do is just give him back his account. If he does not stop threatening you block him. If the theaths really bother you seek help from an adult. I'm sure he won't do that he is just pissed cuz you took his account. If he really does it he is in big trouble. Besides if you give him the acc back he has no proof that you hacked him so you all good.
