Why are rapists freed and alowed to strike again?

I absolutely agree with you 100%. People who do this should no longer be allowed to live and that's all there is to it. To allow a convicted rapist back out on the street again is beyond belief and any comonsense understanding. Time and time again, convicted rapists (via a loophole in the so called "justice" system) repeatedly offend again. Why should the penalty for parking on a double yellow line, or driving in a bus lane be greater than that of rape??????????????? I'd love to speak to whoever decides on these things. There is no sense whatsoever in it at all. Things are going to get worse if we give out the message that if you rape someone, then you'll get away with it. How is that justice??? We need a radical new sense of justice, and soon.

We need to free rapists from prison to make room for people who do not pay their council tax or make remarks thought to be racist.

I can assure you as a retired police officer I got very tired of the revolving door legal system.
We would literally see people get out of jail before we had done the reports. One night we stopped a guy for DUI and realized we had put him in jail about 3 hours earlier and he was still drunk, got behind the wheel and drove again!
Rape is a horrible, brutal crime and I have no idea why anyone would deserve a 2nd or 3rd strike before going to jail for good, especially those who prey on children!
They say it is expensive to keep someone in jail, but how much does it cost in terms of ruined lives, lost sense of security, medical bills for the victims?

Because the liberals want it that way. They think it is better to err on the side of causing more innocent people to become victims than to err on the side of caution.

The judicial system is partly to blame, because it seems that not only rapists, but criminals in general have more rights and privileges than the victim, who is treated like dirt.

A rapist can still rape after they are castrated. No one "allows" them to strike again. It's their nature to do so. That is why they are called PREDATORS!

I agree with you. But supposingly the law thinks that the rapist is human. so he spend time in jail and realises what he had done was bad and is given another chance. But i fink dat they shud be castrated.

In short, because the United States is too p.c. now, and because jails and prisons are becoming overcrowded.

If it were up to me, I would institute capital punishment for rape, murder, armed robbery, and kidnapping cases. Watch the crime rate plummet. Criminals just aren't afraid anymore. They've become more bold.

I don't want my tax dollars going to give a felon three hots and a cot for a few years or life. Rapists and pedophiles are rarely rehabilitated anyway.

You are right but What about the Human Rights!Britain is trying so hard in this area,that's why we have so many criminals on the loose, failed asylum seekers etc.

Why are thieves freed and allowed to steal again? You can't lock every criminal up forever, we just don't have the room.

Only a tiny number of rapists reoffend and if they got proper help both in and outside prison this number could be reduced.
