it costs alot of money to keep people in jail! Think about it.
they have to buy food for the inmates, get them clothes, medicine, toiletries, pay guards and officers
I reccomend making prisoners pay a form of rent so that jails will have enough money to expand and hold people |

Well the problem is that your elected officials in Macomb County refuse to put the public safety needs of your county over other budget items. If you are unhappy, organize with other citizens and elect new county commissioners. |

Maybe they think the criminals they are letting out isnt as much of a threat as the ( drug dealer , wife beaters etc .. ) I dont think i would let um out , I would ship um off somewhere else ! |

their isnt a bite in law enforcement..michigan is doing whatever it takes to save money even more so now then ever...and its pretty shitty but at the same time in jail they had free room and bored, even if it wasnt the best. |
