Why cant a stalker be stopped?? Is there any laws on that? cause i cant get any help!?

the way i got my ex to stop stalking me is.......i start stalking him....he realized how freaky it was then stopped.... good luckkkkk

Restraining Orders can be useful in those situations. If they violate the restraining order then they can be arrested.

stalkers can be stopped. u need enough proof that the guy is following for sometime or some days.. u can press charges. They will be restrained from coming so and so distance near you if you win. celebrities get a restraint order on crazy fans all the time but its easy for them to get one.

Stalkers have a mental disorder and should be treated as such. Logical solutions do not work on mentally disturbed people. Restraining orders etc. are logical and stalkers get around them if they are really crazy and don't think they will be arrested. If the stalker is a guy - have someone threaten him or better yet beat him up. Or call the police and report him when you see him - make sure he sees you call the police and see him run. Most stalkers are actually cowards and are afraid of police, other scary men, etc. - that will stop them versus reason and politeness - remember they are mentally ill and illogical; they understand force. It sounds cruel but if you try logic and trying to be nice - he will never leave.

Oh, baby they can. BELIEVE ME! File for a restraining order and if that doesn't work, carry some pepper spray. Spray their butt and while they are down writhing in pain, kick the crap out of them until they get the point. They are only doing it because they think that you are weak and susceptible to this type of treatment. Show them that you're not, and they'll have to move on.

Each state has it's own laws about stalking. Find out what yours is. Have you contacted the police? They will help.

Yes there are laws. Harrassment laws. You should file a report of the harrassment and file a request for a restaining order with the courts
