Why do above the influence commercials not show any concern for alcohol and tobacco?

Alcohol and Tobacco are the most influential addicting drugs children are exposed to initially.
Why doesn't the U.S. government run commercials for youth warning them of the dangers of drinking alcohol and smoking tobacco?
Given the frequency of the above the influence commercials it would make a reasonable person think that are primary concern should be that are child is not smoking pot.
How does this make any sense since alcohol and tobacco are the most influential regarding our youths first harmful interaction.
Could it be that our government doesn't want to bash these products in hopes that you become another source revenue when you turn 18 and 21.
I think that if society real cares about our youth we would make the dangers of alcohol and tobacco just as clear as marijuana but for some reason our government doesn't care to inform our youth that alcohol and the leading cause in death ages 18 and under.
Rather they will just plaster the TV with above the influence commercials focusing on a drug that's tried much later in life after the use of alcohol/tobacco.
If you want our younger generations to be "above the influence" why not start giving the warnings of the first harmful products they will try and could potentially lead to further experimenting?

My dog never accuses me of doing wrong when I am drunk and chain smoking, but clearly he would if I had a joint. I love my dog and I do not want to offend him. because it's anti-drug propaganda not anti-alcohol/tobacco propaganda. Every time I see that circle and arrow logo all I can think is "up yours".
Added: I'm not the one saying there is a difference but I am saying that they two are dealt with differently. the DEA addresses "Drugs" while the ATF addresses Alcohol & Tobacco. There are two groups with two distinct agendas and it is this fact that creates the illusion that drugs, alcohol and tobacco are different things.
