Why do the cops think the court system will go over there case and not just convict them?

There always presumed guilty anyway weather its fact or fiction, or exaggerated. Many times lives get ruined etc but they dont care its for the money for the courts and the jails.

Many times a suspect is convicted and they dont read the report because the prosicuter brings his own ideas and emotions into something thats based on paper.

Well right now um.. "man" the governments are lazy, espically in the US and CANADA because we are in a recession. They need to get as much money as they can, as quickly as they can, the greediest way. I got pulled over last week by a policeman.. I wasnt even speeding, but their word says I did. Well courts don't need to prove it because I would have to challange the Radar department of police, and they can't "be wrong". So really they just need money.

That's why a defendant needs a good defense counsel. Not all cases are open and shut ones. The prosecution has to have more than just a hunch if they want to convict anyone. The only way a life could possibly be permanently ruined is if a person is found guilty of a major violent crime against people or property. One good way to look at it is if you are found innocent, no record will be made public as to your original charges.

I agree highly! the justice system here in the USA is ran by freemasons,and court buildings are in fact grand masonic lodges.He who has the most $ in a court room wins,nomatter if he is wrong or right.It sickens me because the recent american "court system" is mimicing mexico with needing money and is as unfair as a communist chinese court.And I totally agree aboout those peice of junk losser worm prosecuters.They and the judges are more than the word scum,because they make a living ruining peoples lives and playing god.I would give a great asset to see their fear,doubt,and emotion when they are on the other side of the fence,And thanks to world events currently today,when anarchy stirs and corporations fail we will see this day.No doubt about it,Our 4 fathers and founding americans would be spinning in their graves.

Not sure what you are trying to ask, but police reports are generally not admissible in a trial. Instead, you have the right to confront and cross examine witnesses. The witnesses are those called by the prosecutor and by the defendant. So, if your question is based on the notion that the judge or jury should consider the written reports without giving the defendant the opportunity to cross examine, you premise is incorrect.
