Why is that yahoo allows known trolls to post stupid, fake and what is obviously a troll question, but they can't wait to delete an honest answer to that question?

Yahoo answers is run by trolls. As you know the idiot "500 in a 45" and "can a nerd choke someone" and "aids coffee" idiot are free to do as they please. But if two people flag your response, it's gone.
I've got trolls who set up accounts specifically to harass me. Yahoo doesn't care. But if the trolls flag your response, yahoo doesn't waste time getting it out.
Hard to believe but there was a time when yahoo was great - now it's run by idiots. |

because this sight is not actually run by real people. It's all automated. There is no one at Yahoo! headquarters reading questions and answers.
Questions get deleted if enough people report it, same with answers. |

it,s apparently an imperfect process. i have successfully argued against violation notices. sometimes my answers really are inappropriate. it is a mixed bag. i,ve seen vicious racist statements that have lasted for quite a while. |
