You should read more of the posts here. They're hilarious. All these innocent people who were just minding their own business and the cops just jumped on them and gave them all kinds of charges out of the blue. It's quite humorous how criminals assume everyone is as dumb as they are.

What is the first thing a child says when he does something wrong when he knows that his/her parent(s) saw him doing it or knows for a fact that he did it?

"I didn't do it"

A fair portion (though I leave this up to your discretion to determine it's actual overall size) of criminals don't have the greatest developed mentalities in the world so they fall back on the mentality that they do have.

because they dont want to go to prison, they are ashamed, they think they will get away with it, lots of reasons, you never know what to do uless you have been in the situation yourself

This is the BEST!! I often wonder this myself! I'm sure they dont want to face imprisonment, but it's so funny that they deny it, and also what's up with the car chases? Do they really think they are going to get away with every patrol car, highway patrol, and helicopters both news and lawman following them? Cracks me up every time I see it on TV although it's scary for innocent by standers it just makes no sense!
