The average American citizen would have to do jail time and they probably would not be able to choose where they go, or even if they stay there!

They should not get any special treatment, Including not having a special cell from other inmates. You see this all the time when it comes down to money. People who have money can get their way on everything, It doesn't just have to do with jail. You can look at so many other issues where people get special treatment above everybody else due to who has money. Law, Adoption, right down to getting a table before you in a resturant. Bottom line, Money Talks. |

They actually don't get away with it. Unfortunately they have the money to burn on defense attornies to keep them from serving the maximum.
It is going to be interesting to find out what goes on in court today after Paris was ordered to reappear. |

Yep, that's double standards. What bugs me
is when these "big shots" get convicted and are
sent to "jail", it's like being sent to a resort.
Swimming pools, golf courses, and they get

They shouldn't. Isn't is amazing how far our country has slipped when it makes celebrity worship more important than justice?
Talk to your legislators in your county and state...see what action you can do to help this problem where you live. |
