Will I Get Arrested Too?

My friend had a bad split up from this guy (she's married, but she had a bf on the side & I should stop hanging around her silly me) back in October. Well for the passed 2 months she's been prank calling him, showing up at his house, and she even threw eggs at his grandparents & dad's house.

Last night she showed up to his house with me in the car and they were talking and then the next thing I knew they were in a physical altercation. I got out the car to get him off her, but his grandpa came out the house before I could reach them and so my friend and I jumped back into the car and left.

I never threw eggs at his house and I'm not sure how many times she's actually just shown up at his house, but like 2 or 3 times I was with her. I'm wondering if I could somehow get into trouble for this cuz they called the cops & her parents. Everyones mad. All involved (me, her, and the guy) are 20 yrs old.

I wouldn't worry about this too much. If all you did was drive her over there and then didn't even have any contact with the guy to pull him off her, you are nothing more than a potential witness. If your name comes up in the investigation, the cops will come and ask you what you know. Just tell them the truth and you'll be okay.

I doubt if you will be in any trouble. If no criminal acts were done when you were with her, then you are fine. But quit hanging around with this trouble maker before she does get you in trouble.

Whoa she needs to grow up. Throwing eggs at someone's house is so immature! I would keep your distance from her for a while. I do not believe you will get arrested from being there. Obvisiously she has some issues on letting go and shes a cheater too. Since she has problems, I wouldn't be surprised if she tried to you introuble as well. Be careful and if you get dragged into this, be honest with the cops about her and stay away! Good luck

if she says u didnt participate u shouldnt get arrested, but hell she had u go over there with her, so i dont see her sticking up for u since she already brought u into it...

They might assume you were involved in the actual egg throwing etc., but they don't have any real proof. Your best bet is to stay away from this girl permanently. She sounds like a real nut and you really don't need a friend like that..

Either stop going with her when she is at the house, or get new friends. You behavior is going to get you into trouble. Guilt by association.

no, you shouldn't get in trouble because you didn't actually do anything I don't see what they could do to you. the family of the guy could accuse you but there no evidence. First off stop hanging out with her and second go to the police department and tell them the exact truth of what happened.

No, you won't go to jail or get prosecuted. They have to have proof that you threw anything. I would not hang with this person anymore for a little while and if I were you I would tell her to grow up.
