Will I be allowed to stay out of jail pending trail?DUI in CA?

I have a second DUI in california but it was a .07 bac and they have me on a driving on a suspended with 90+ mph..... I have an arraignment on 5-5-09 and I want to plead not guilty.... will they make me post bail (I have no money) or can I just stay out until the trial??/ is there something I can tell the judge to keep me out of jail until Im convicted or not?

With just what you have written here ... I don't think they will use a jail cell on you, but I ain't the judge! The judge might consider that appropriate!

Pleading not guilty is a good first step ... but then what? Can you dispute the charges against you? Will the prosecutor be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you were driving while intoxicated? Prove that you were driving 90 mph? Prove that your license was suspended at the time of the incident?

If I was in your shoes ... I'd be more worried about what will happen at the trial than about the arraignment!

Driving on a suspended license, (((2nd))) DUI, and driving 90 mph.... Obviously you will not learn so I hope they give you life without parole before you take a innocent life.

What is a "trail"? You mean like a path in the woods?

hey my name is lucy and my husboud was pull over for speeding 5mile over the speedlimit and he had a suspended drivers license and no proof of insurents but on that day i was sick and so was our 4week old son i broke my tail bone from gaving birth so i couldn't drive him so my husbond drove down to oakwood ga to finish in commuity service but he got pulled over and didn't get arrested to driving with a suspended license thank god but now i'm worried about him getting arrested when he shows up to court he has already told his probation officer and he was okay with it but what can he say to not go to jail i am worried because i can't work because of my tailbone and can't support my son can i have any advise to tell my husbond i need help he can't go to jail so help!!!! please
