If you fail the first test, you'll end up having your probation revoked and you'll end up serving the full sentence imposed by the court before the probation was granted....
Meaning if you were sentenced to 5 years in jail, probated for 10 years, you'll end up doing the 5 in jail. |

Did you ever consider rehab or some other help,if you take it upon yourself to get started or ask the judge for help you may be surprised.
You may have an addiction problem if while on probation you cannot abstain from all drugs,then again maybe you have control.Do this tho,think of all the times you have been in trouble with the law and think if it was before ,during or after a drug/alcohol using spree or was you just minding your own buisiness and got pooped on one day. |
