Will I go to prison for my crimes?

18 and have been arrested over 30 times, boy I bet your parents are real proud of you? If I was part of a jury I would convict you because you have been violent. Your luck will run out one day and then you'll find yourself in real trouble where you get to meet the serious criminals like rapists and murderers! They are always looking for fresh meat. You are young enough to turn your life round. You might serve time for violence known as gbh, I can't imagine the judge being light with you as you've had so many convictions, he may even make an example of you this time as you have committed gbh mate. Why choose to be a menace in society instead of training as an apprentice or working for a living instead of stealing?

You want my honest opinion? Then hopefully yes. It might be the only way that you learn. If you don't one day the world will get so pissed off with you it will kick you so hard in the backside you will taste sh1t for the rest of your life.

With your record you stand a good chance, I'm surprised you haven't been to court if you have been arrested 30 times. I think you might have gotten off with awarning but for the violence and I have to tell you if this is the direction you are heading in, then be prepared to spend a lot of you life in jail. You are young enough to turn things around but it has to be you that does it, I can tell you also that chances stop when you turn violent and if that isn't a wake-up call then you deserve what you get.

Well I hope so, you assaulted 4 people as you think it is ok to steal. I would very much hope you end up with a custodial sentence as you obviously have no regard for others.

Let us focus on your question, will you go to jail for this 4 assault and shoplifting and verbal abuse. The answer is YES. Why what are you thinking that doing bad things will not land you on jail? Some are jail because non-payment of debts only but you assault security officers and shoplifting with verbal abuse. Since you never been to court yet well GOOD NEWS this is going to be your first time. Well they will dig further on your escapades those 30x will be mentioned once someone testified against you.

At 18 years old you are looking at your life behind bars if you do not straighten out your lives from this time on. I have seen much younger than you whol rob and killed. They are in and out of jail, became notorious and some have died with shoot out with cops. You will be thrown to jail to learn your lesson unless your lawyer plead for a much lenient sentence for you.

If you have been arrested before but not convicted you are unlikely to go to prison for these offences. You might get a heavy fine and community service but you will need to show utter sorrow and regret for what you have done otherwise the magistrates may get heavy with you.

There is a small chance that you may get a short sentence in prison,3 mths?, So your defence is vital and your solicitors advice should be listened to. I don't wish to lie but you're treading a thin line, mainly because you used violence a total no,no I'm afraid

in the UK you'll probably get a police caution, if you'd been speeding you'd probably get a term in jail.

Any other country would rightly lock you up for violence

Our prisons are pretty much packed to bursting point with 'young' offenders. You'll get a slap on the wrists from the judge, some community service, maybe a short custodial sentence. Possibly an ASBO if the local community decide to make an example of you.

Don't expect too much, this country is full of people such as yourself and our legal system just does not have the manpower to deal with the ridiculous amounts of paperwork necessary to deal with incidents like this. That's exactly why so many incidents like this occur. But then I guess you already knew that.
