Will arkansas extradite from alaska if all fines are paid and only 6 months of probation left?

Yes they will. Once you are put on Probation or Parole, it is an order of the Court. They will not just say" this guy paid his money lets just let him go". The bigger problem is if you left Arkansas, without getting your Probation officers permission. It is a possibility, that you will have to serve out the rest of your original sentence.
