Will cops get involved here?

i got into an accident with this other womans car. my mom was out of town due to business. she is a doc at a uni. i took her new mercedes out. anyways i got into an accident with this womans car while i was lookin for my cell.. no injuries, but both cars were damaged. i had 2 beers i drank in the car and that was it. i have a drivers permit not a liscence here in cali. the car was a benz.

if i was treated better, this would not have happened...... i took the car out because i was mad that my mom didn't buy me a hat to showoff with. 2nd, the lady whose car i hit treated me soo rudely, she had her bf with her. i am not spoiled, i jus hate it sooooo much when i dont get my way, i cant cope with that.

The cops can get involved if your mom or the other party decided to press. But they probably see being hit by a benz as the "Jack Pot!" What should have happened, is that the woman (who treated you so poorly), should have called the cops at the scene, you should have been arrested for DUI or DWAI, mommy's car towed..

As it stands now, you will probably stake on the DUI that you deserve. However, when the woman's insurance company start investigating and find out that you only have a permit and not a license, your mommy is going to be paying (well her insurance company is) out big time.
